Story
Domo Arigato, Mr. Reflecto was chosen as the Plug-in installation sponsorship winner for Electric Forest 2015. The project is an installation involving reflective cubes suspended from a canopy of trees during Rothbury, Michigan’s Electric Forest music festival. Domo reflects the dual nature of Electric Forest, both transforming as day turns to night. During the day, the cubes hang overhead, reflecting the beauty of the forest environment and its inhabitants. As night falls, light illuminates the cubes from within, creating intense experiences of visual infinity and virtual voids.
